To make this easy, I’ve outlined all the steps below so now you know EXACTLY what to do! And remember, once you take charge of your health and understand the impact it will have on your life you will never go back to your old ways.  It’s time to look great and feel fantastic!   


Here are the steps:

 

  1. 1) Obtain personal, medical, family and in depth diet history. 
  2. 2) Initial weigh in and measurements, Bio Electrical Impedance Test.
  3. 3) I will discuss what types of foods to purchase and what foods to avoid.  Tailored to your individual needs should any specific medical conditions or allergies need to be addressed. 
  4. 4) Provide information on where to shop for best quality and prices.   
  5. 5) Review your 1 week food log that is completed every week.   
  6. 6) Provide quick and easy meal ideas and recipes.    
  7. 7) Offer supplement recommendations.   
  8. 8) Provide lifestyle recommendations tailored to your individual needs. Exercise is always an important component.  In some cases recommendations are made for counseling, stress management techniques etc. 
  9. 9) Follow up consultations to discuss any challenges, provide support, keep you motivated and accountable for your results.
  10. 10) Weigh in and measurements will be taken throughout the course of the program.

 

These are the steps I’ve developed to assist you in reaching your weight loss goals and ensure your success.  Clients who’ve applied all these steps with me see outstanding and profound results.  Most people see a difference in their health very quickly, within the first week! 


So what do I mean by quickly? That all depends on you and the work you put into it. This is not a quick fix but a lifestyle change.  I will educate you and share my knowledge but ultimately its up to you to implement the changes into your life.  With my program you will have great results and enjoy a deep sense of wellbeing.  Imagine what your life could be like in 6 or 12 months.  You’ll feel more confident, perhaps meet that special someone, reduce your stress, sleep better, enjoy life more, maybe even get a job promotion.


So, does the program work? Yes...


This system was created as an approach to implementing realistic long term weight loss.  This program works consistently and was not developed with the intent to deprive you of the foods you love.  It is based on incorporating whole natural foods into your diet, reducing or ideally eliminating processed foods and educating you about proper portion control.  Life is too short to deprive ourselves.


I know I mentioned this earlier, but I feel it’s important you know this is not by any means an overnight process or a magic pill.  I don’t believe in quick fixes, I encourage lifestyle changes.  Healthy weight loss is approximately 2 pounds a week, anything more is loss of lean muscle mass or water.  So, depending on the amount of weight you would like to lose it could take up to 1 year to reach your weight loss goals.  All my clients who have faithfully and consistently followed my recommendations have had fantastic results.
